Full balcony and architectural metalwork installation package

The project involved fixing brackets and Juliet balustrades across 12 elevations. Balustrades were fabricated and installed on projected concrete balconies, along with aluminium decking and pedestal systems with perimeter angles for inset balconies. External roof and walkway balustrades were installed at the rear, alongside aluminium flashings and louvre panels. Galvanised staircases were added to the plant rooms. Finally, structural steel and aluminium frame panels were installed around the café.
