The installation of 321 balconies and architectural metalwork featuring a striking gold finish

We were tasked with fabricating and installing 321 balconies featuring perforated soffits, along with a 140-ton structural steel frame for the equipment workshop. Louvre doors were installed on all bin and access doors, and roof access was equipped with cat ladders and louvre panel frames. The ground-floor courtyard showcased bespoke balustrades, while steel frames with solid aluminium panels concealed the services at both courtyard entrances. At the main entry point, a large, striking gold gate served as a bold and elegant finishing touch to the development.
